Welcome to Homeware & Tech. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at www.homewaretech.co.za (“the Site”) and your purchase of products through the Site.

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change the specifications and pricing of our products without notice.

Homeware & Tech makes use of The Courier Guy for all local deliveries. By placing an order, you agree to the Shipping Policy published on our Site. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party delivery services.
We offer free delivery on all orders of R2000 or more. Orders under R2000 will incur a delivery fee based on your selected shipping method and location.
You may choose to collect your order in person from our physical store.
We offer a house buy service (where we collect items you wish to sell) under the following conditions:
We reserve the right to refuse a house buy if the item does not meet our acceptance criteria or if the collection address falls outside of the accepted service area.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy is available on the Site. It outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be considered. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions are not met.
