Thank you for shopping with Homeware & Tech. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to the delivery of products purchased from our store.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across South Africa through our trusted delivery partner, The Courier Guy. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your order will be prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Major cities & metropolitan areas: 2–4 business days
  • Outlying or remote areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier service efficiency.

Delivery Partner

All our orders are shipped via The Courier Guy, a reliable and widely recognised courier service in South Africa.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, which can be used to follow your parcel via The Courier Guy’s website:

Delivery Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

You will be able to view the total delivery charge before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

The Courier Guy will attempt to deliver your parcel to the address provided. If no one is available to receive it, the courier may:

  • Contact you to reschedule delivery
  • Leave a collection notice
  • Attempt re-delivery at a later time

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address provided.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or if it is unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you suspect it has been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

We may require photographs of the item(s) and packaging for claims.
